Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on q98. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, q98 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any Bonus Funds held in those accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your q98 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q98 account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. q98 will never ask you for your password through any channel, including email or live chat. Any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain their confidentiality will be your responsibility.
You may request closure of your q98 account at any time by contacting q98 customer support or through the self-service account closure tool in your account settings. Before closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon account closure.

KYC verification is a one-time process for each account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
q98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q98 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. q98 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as your q98 account.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 30 minutes; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers within two hours during standard banking hours. Funds derived from Bonus Fund activity — including winnings generated from bonus spins or bonus credit play — are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q98 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:
q98 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in investigations relating to prohibited conduct. Where criminal activity is suspected, q98 will freeze the relevant account and withhold funds pending the outcome of the relevant investigation.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon activation. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes q98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
q98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
